【个人简介】
盛春红，女，雷竞技官方入口讲师，博士毕业于德国柏林自由大学环境政策研究所。
其主要研究领域为城市气候治理、能源转型及环境政策。迄今已出版英文专著Guanxi and local green development in China(Routledge, 2019)，在Energy Research & Social Science,Voluntas, Third World Quarterly等国内外期刊发表论文10来篇;主持国家社科基金一般项目“‘双碳’目标下超大城市气候协同治理的动力机制及实现路径研究”，深圳市哲学与社会科学项目“超大城市的可持续发展路径研究”等4项，参与国家社科基金重大项目、国家社科基金青年项目和国家自科青年项目等3项。
